Full-Service Wedding Planning
I maintain a small client list in order to be fully present and provide the level of detail you want and deserve on your wedding day. What you can expect with full-service planning:
- Full access to me via text, email, and regularly scheduled planning and check-in conversations during the entire planning process
- Budget planning that keeps track of not only your overall budget, but invoices, balances due, deposits made, etc.
- Creation of an event timeline so everything moves smoothly one moment to the next.
The Bridal Party
- Coordinate transportation of wedding attire, as needed, for the entire wedding party, as well as any accessories.
- Coordinate hair and makeup needs for bridal party.
The Guest Experience

- Create “Save the date” mailing and sending
- Helping you choose the Invitations, addressing, sending, and tracking RSVPs, including guest meal choices
- Guest travel local hotel list blocking
- Hotel welcome baskets for guests
- Procurement of favors, other decorations
- Ceremony program for your guests to know who’s who and what’s happening when.
- Transportation and event parking

- A collaboration. It’s my job to get to know you well so we can understand and capture your thoughts and ideas, the visuals and themes that resonate for you, and what will best reflect you as individuals and as a couple so we can turn around and create a wedding event that is 100% genuine YOU.
- Respecting your budget and guiding you through every decision — from a color palette and flowers, to the food and music, to the overall aesthetics and vibe, and everything in between — so you can remain confident as you sign your contracts.
- Creating and building an event that is mindful of your guest’s experience from the first welcoming moments to ensuring that all necessities are considered (such as accessible restrooms and comfort in all weather conditions.)
Full planning clients are prepared to invest 10-12% of the overall budget on the full-planning experience.

- You would not be alone if you started planning your wedding and realized it’s a lot more involved than you expected. You may simply find yourself without enough time to get it all done. Or perhaps it simply feels overwhelming to you and instead of excitement, you feel anxious. If this is the case, then partial planning could be the perfect solution for you.
- If you need helping establishing the rest of your vendors, or want help honing your overall wedding experience, or you find yourself confused about how to get all the moving parts to seamlessly work together.
- Once we talk and decide this is your perfect solution, we’ll get to work. You’ll receive immediate help and support as needed. Dedicated assistance with design, regular planning meetings, and finalizing all logistics begins at 6 months prior to the wedding day.
